We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an insurance sales person. As an insurance producer you will play a crucial role in our organization by promoting and selling various insurance products to clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our insurance products and services
- Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including referrals, networking and cold calling
- Conduct thorough needs assessment to understand clients’ insurance requirements and provide suitable coverage recommendations
- build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing insurance needs are met

Market Insurance Products:
- Identify potential clients and target markets for insurance products
- Develop marketing strategies to promote insurance offerings

Customer Service:
- Provide personalized assistance to clients, helping them choose the right insurance coverage for their needs
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty

Strong Communication Skills:
- Ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Active listening skills to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions

Sales and Negotiation Abilities:
- Proven track record in sales, with the ability to close deals and meet targets
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients

Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
